BIO ONCE up a time back in july 2001, at about 2:00 in the morning and kel and trey were talking online
about a band. kel came up with the name of CrAyZd for it. it was good enough. that same nite they asked a friend, jeff,
if he wanted to b in the band. he said he would play guitar. but, then jeff couldnt do it, so another guitarist
was needed. this would be jesse, a friend. then a little while later, a singer, steve, was found. but, steve couldnt
do the things he said, and jesse wouldnt put time in his guitar, so he sold it and steve wasnt talked to. trey and kel
were back by themselves. time went by and trey was sittin in class one day in 8th grade and decided that the name CrAyZd wasnt
the right name. "Public Indecency" was created. trey had a friend, josh, who got asked to b the guitarist. he pulled
out his old acoustic and started playing. so after 3 guitarist changes, a singer change, and a name change, and not one
note played, the band was created. then josh got his electric guitar on x-mas 2001 and stuff got going the 26th. things
were started first with some covers from System of a Down and a little bit of original stuff, music only. about
the middle of january, a friend of kels, matt, said he could try and b the singer. covers were going great, and a song
or two of their own came out. things looked good. But then crazy things happened and everything got really messed
up. first, matt left, and then so did kel for reasons nobody but the band should kno. but after a while kel came
back, but matt decided he wasnt the one who was needed. after a bit, Public Indecency had to go. "Social and Cultural
Regicide, SCR, was created. a search for a singer went on for a while. 3 or 4 guys were tried out, but none worked. music
wise, the band was putting more originals together and some more covers were being played. and then, spectacularly, matt
king joined the band again! the whole band of themselves being a band in the first place, again! and then after minutes and
minutes of searching thru a dictionary, the name was changed to......Vis Major. (if anybody wants to kno what it means, it
means "irresistible or uncontrollable force; inevitable accident.") a few more originals were written, along with lyrics to
them. as of now the band is doing great looking for shows after putting out their first cd. the future of the band is unclear
due to matt and josh leaving for college, and the last show was played august 14, 2004, but vis major will never be forgotten.
